Would be responsible for the entire sales and distribution planning for the company, target setting and motivating the team to achieve the volume and contribution targets for the Region.
- Developing trade with a view to expand the distribution footprint in the region.
- Good in Strategies, MIS and presentation
- Ensure achievement of expected standard of performance from all areas.
- Planning & developing a strong distribution & field force infrastructure.
- Implementing of systems, polices & procedures related to Inventory Management, outstanding clearance, retailing systems etc.
- Planning & executing sales & marketing activities/ initiatives.
- Competition tracking & strategizing as per market movement.
- Setting targets for subordinates, achieving individual targets.
- Recruiting, developing & training of TSO, ASM's.
The person should be Strong motivator, self-driven and should have a good understanding of the FMCG/Food -trade
Salary: INR 11,00,000 - 16,00,000 P.A.
