The candidate should be graduate in the age bracket of 26 to 40 years, knowledge and experience of FMCG/OTC industry in sales and sales training is a an added advantage
Job will require travelling on all India level including southern states hence knowledge of multilanguage will be preferred but not essential.

Purpose :
Competency Development - To drive sales competencies development for frontline fales team including managers
Productivity Enhancement -To execute coaching and development ,and builidng culture aimed at increasing sales productivity in the organization
Content Development - To create and implement training programs helping sales people to strengthen their capabilities
Process Development - To establish sales processes and frameworks that enhance sales performance and evaluation of sales productivity

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 17,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilties :
Train the front line sales team on selling skills including product knowledge, skills, Sales processes and systems to help achieve sales targets. Training in a class room and in-field at outlets level when making retail calls
Training Sales Managers on induction, goal setting, sales planning and forecasting system.
Sales processes training in the areas of coverage, basic call procedures , persuasive selling , range selling, outlet penetration and development , distribution and visibility , volume selling ,new product selling ,premium products selling and focus product selling etc.
Training managers on sales incentives, and sales performance management system.
Roll out all technology initiatives across the sales team sales force automation
Set up Field Sales recruitment and induction process and ensure compliance through HR.

PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Marketing
